How it works

Come to one meeting
Turn up once. If it's not for you, no hard feelings and no signing anything. If it is, you're in.
Pick an animal
Every member adopts one species to become the club expert on. You'll write its profile for this site.
Do one real thing
A clean-up, a poster, a talk for the younger years. Learning is half of it — the other half is doing.
Send us a note
Tell us you're coming.
Ask a parent or guardian before sending an email — that's a club rule, not a suggestion.
What a meeting looks like
Forty-five minutes, roughly.
- One animal, taken apart properly — how it breathes, hunts, talks and raises its babies.
- Whatever weird fact somebody found that week. These get competitive.
- Fifteen minutes on something that's actually going wrong out there, and what's being done about it.
- Deciding what the club is doing next, and who's doing it.
